Luck o' the Irish

On March 17, Joey felt like the very lucky girl that she is.  Her family and close friends gathered to celebrate her baptism and first St. Patrick's Day.  She was able to meet her Uncle PJ and Uncle Gerard for the first time, which was so wonderful.  In addition to her uncles, Sarah, Trent, Aunt Libby, Uncle Jesse, Little Jesse, Grammy and Poppy all traveled into town and celebrated with us.  

Special thanks to Uncle Gerard and Angel who are Joey's godparents.  It meant a lot to us that they are willing to take on this very special role in her life.

 Yes...that's a beer mug on the top of Joey's cake.  That's what Mommy gets for asking for St. Patrick's Day decorations.  If she's a partier in college, we can look back to this as the day when things first went astray!
